Mitch Sternberg (Suburban Home Services) was recommended to me by a co-worker. We had two bathrooms built in 1960 that badly needed updating.
Cost:
Mitch's cost estimate was very competitive. When an unforeseeable problem arose, he was very transparent about the nature of the work and flexible in developing a solution that made us happy.
Time:
Both jobs were completed on time or early. Mitch worked six-day weeks to move things along quickly, and managed his own time and task list very efficiently to ensure that we were out-of-pocket for minimal time.
Quality:
Our new bathrooms look professionally done, with proper ventilation, better lighting, and updated surfaces and fixtures. The worst two rooms in our home have become the best two rooms in our home, thanks to Mitch's craftsmanship, creativity, and work ethic. I definitely intend to use him for future jobs, and am very willing to recommend him to friends.

Mitchell was on time every day. We discussed layout and length of time needed on this job. Mitchell was right on the money and extremely professional. He cleaned up every day and his work was impeccable. Working with Travertine in a building that is approx 90 years old was quite a challenge. Mitchell knew exactly how to level off the floor and he also had to work around kitchen cabinets that that were already installed. We then decided to paint the kitchen, Mitch did a great job.
